Reception of Citizens
The reception of citizens in the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports is organized as follows:
Reception by the Minister is held during the last week of each month according to the approved schedule of admission
Reception by Deputy Ministers, coordinating Education sector, is held every Friday from 12:00 to 14:00, as well as every Thursday from 9:30 to 11:30.
Reception by Deputy Ministers coordinating Culture sector is held every Friday, 16.00-18.00 and 14.00-16.00,
Reception by Deputy Minister coordinating Sport and Youth Sector is held every Friday from 9.00 to11.00.
Reception by the Secretary General of the Ministry is held every Thursday from 16:00 to 18:00. (Receptions, if necessary, are arranged within a mutually agreed time frame)
Reception by heads of departments and divisions is held every working day from 9.30 to 17.45.
Reception of citizens by the Minister, Deputy Ministers and the Secretary General is organized by the Department of Public Relations and Information of the Ministry: organizing the pre-registration of citizens on the phone: (010) 52-73-43
