The 5-th concert season of "OPUS" International Music Festival will be held online with the support of the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports.

The project, which will be held from August to September, includes an extensive cultural program: concerts, videos, speeches, interviews with the participation of Armenian and foreign artists.

The special guest of the festival is the Munich State Chamber Orchestra conducted by Clemens Schuldt. The orchestra's concert and several other festival events are dedicated to the 250-th anniversary of Ludwig van Beethoven.

In particular, the artist Arev Petrosyan will perform a special program broadcast from the Beethoven Concert Hall in Dilijan, presenting the works of her father, the famous sculptor Benik Petrosyan from Dilijan. Another telecast on sculpture is dedicated to the work "Beyond the Notes" by the artist Manvel Matevosyan, who lives in Yerevan, also inspired by the music of Beethoven and created especially for the "OPUS-5" project. Besides these participants, famous music bands and artists from Armenia and abroad will also participate in the festival: National Chamber Orchestra of Armenia, Komitas National Quartet, cellist Mikayel Hakhnazaryan and pianist Mamikon Nahapetov, composer Dmitri Mazurov and GAM ensemble of contemporary music, conductor Nvard Andreasyan, visual artist Wolfgang Aleksander Tyler, CEO and producer of Riverside Studio Ralf Kemper and others.
