The sports school is built under the coordination of the Urban Development Committee. The building comprises two parts: a hall with seats for about 100 spectators and a two-story service area. The first floor will house an entrance hall, locker rooms, a swimming pool, a sauna, doctors’ and trainers’ rooms, bathrooms, and a storage room. A physical training and fitness equipment hall and administrative rooms are planned for the second floor. The sports school will have a basement where table tennis training can be held. The structure will have ramps and an elevator to ensure accessible movement for people with disabilities. The unfinished kindergarten structure on the site will be dismantled. In addition to the sports school building, a sewage treatment plant and a parking lot will be located.
