The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the Republic of Armenia (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry), in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Armenia N 1295-N dated August 25, 2011 “On approval of the procedure for Admission of Foreign Citizens to Preliminary (Craftsmanship) and Vocational Educational Institutions of the Republic of Armenia”, launches the call of applications of foreign applicants and diaspora Armenians for admission to educational institutions implementing craftsmanship and vocational educational programs of the Republic of Armenia for 2025-2026 academic year.

Guided by the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Vocational Education and Training” (adopted on May 22, 2024), foreign citizens who have studied and graduated in the Republic of Armenia in the last three years participate in admission to educational institutions implementing craftsmanship and vocational educational programs on a general basis, in the manner prescribed for citizens of the Republic of Armenia.

At the appropriate level of vocational education, the requirements for admission tо vocational educational institution for the fields of culture, sports, medicine and other qualifications established by the authorized body, include a test (examination) of creative and performing arts or physical abilities, and in the case of a subject examination in the field of medicine, test of knowledge and abilities in the program of the corresponding subject (field) of general education.

Foreign citizens (including Diaspora Armenians) must submit documents to the Ministry within the following deadlines:

  • For admission to professional craftsmanship and vocational educational institutions, full-time with tuition fee, including preparatory courses from July 3 to August 15, 2025
  • For admission to vocational educational institutions, part-time with tuition fee from July 3 to October 11, 2025

    The documents are submitted to the Ministry:
  • by the applicant personally or by authorized person,
  • by an educational institutions implementing craftsmanship and vocational educational institutions
  • through Diplomatic Missions of the Republic of Armenia in foreign countries.

    The applicants submit the following documents:
  1. Filled-in application according to the attached form,
  2. Filied-in questionnaire according to the attached form,
  3. Medical reference on general health (the reference can also be issued by medical organizations of the Republic of Armenia),
  4. Copy of the passport,
  5. For diaspora Armenian applicants - a copy of the birth certificate, notarized or a copy of the baptismal certificate,
  6. Copy of the graduation document (with grades) on the educational level, translated and notarized, and in the case of specific countries - also with international authentication (apostille),
  7. 4 photos, 3x4 size
  8. Curriculum vitae (CV) in Armenian, English or Russian.

If the package of documents submitted by the applicant is incomplete, the applicant's documents will not be examined and accepted.

The applicant, or authorized person, or the representative of the educational institution, must submit the documents required by the above-mentioned points (1-8) to the Department of Foreign Relations and Diaspora of the Ministry within the specified deadlines or send electronic versions of the required documents to the e-mail address: secretariat@escs.am

During the knowledge assessment, the applicant, or authorized person, or the representative of the educational institution, is obliged to submit the originals of the documents to the Department of External Relations and Diaspora of the Ministry required by points 1-8 and previously sent to the email address of the Ministry.

According to the deadlines for submitting documents, applications and documents should be submitted to the Ministry on working days, from 10:00 to 17:00, with a break from 13:00 to 14:00.
