The presentation of cultural events in contemporary art, cultural education, and book publishing, scheduled for execution in 2025 with the support of the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports , was held at the Aram Khachaturian House-Museum.

ESCS Minister Zhanna Andreasyan and Deputy Minister Daniel Danielyan, representatives of organizations implementing grant projects attended the event.

At the event, 35 competing programs and 22 targeted approved programs across 8 sectors were presented. The overall budget allocated by the state for these cultural programs amounts to AMD 937,204,700.

The objective of presenting projects that have won grant competitions of the Ministry is to highlight the priorities and significant areas of state cultural policy, to get acquainted with the authors and working groups of projects that have been funded under grant programs and raise public awareness of the projects.

"This event aims to bring together partners from different fields of art and culture on a single platform to get to know one other and gain a complete comprehension of what cultural policy is aimed at. This meeting is an opportunity to make the plans visible, to outline our goals for the year, and for us, to understand what we have concentrated our efforts on and how to plan our future activities," noted ESCS Minister Zhanna Andreasyan in her opening remarks.

In the context of the cultural development strategy, the Minister emphasized the importance of making the presence of culture in public life more significant in an economic sense.

"Culture is one of the most self-sufficient sectors aimed at public development. Through its various initiatives, the Ministry should contribute to the advancement of self-sufficiency of culture and expand its impact on public life," stated the Minister.

She underlined the significance of ensuring program viability in the context of cultural policy efficiency, emphasizing that projects implemented with the assistance and collaboration of the ESCS Ministry, as well as various partners are especially encouraged.

The Minister attached particular importance to the decentralization of cultural life, which, according to her, is the goal of several state-funded programs. Zhanna Andreasyan also emphasized the need to include an educational component into cultural programs, as well as the introduction of new concepts.

"It is necessary that the programs have an educational component, maintaining a sufficient level of cooperation between education and culture. Our belief is that involving children is particularly essential in terms of their development, acquiring knowledge through culture, and advancing their cognition," she stated.

During the presentation, representatives of grant-winning cultural organizations detailed their 2025 programs, describing in detail their content, creative and educational value, and the anticipated outcomes.

Representatives of the winning organizations expressed gratitude for the state support, noting that it is an additional responsibility for a more focused and coordinated execution of their work, contributing to the advancement of the country's cultural life.
