RA Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Vahram Dumanyan held meetings with high-ranking officials from a number of countries during his visit to the Republic of Cyprus.

The meetings were attended by Deputy Minister Arthur Martirosyan and Advisor to the Minister, Arman Andrikyan.

At the meeting with the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Mikheil Chkhenkeli, issues related to higher education were discussed, and the activity of Georgian Studies Chairs in Armenian universities and Armenian Studies Chairs in Georgian universities were also considered.

The Minister also met with the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth of Cyprus Prodromos Prodromou. The possibility of cooperation and signing a new agreement for the ESCS sector was discussed during the meeting.

At the meeting with the State Minister of Education, Science and Technological Development of Serbia Branko Ruzic, the issues of studying the Serbian experience in the field of education were touched upon.

RA Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Vahram Dumanyan also participated in the reception at the House of Representatives of the Republic of Cyprus.

Note that, from 5 to 7 October, the Delegation headed by the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia Vahram Dumanyan was participating in the Ninth Environment for Europe Ministerial Conference on “Education for Circular Economy: Sustainable Infrastructure, Sustainable Tourism and Education for Sustainable Development”.
