Within the framework of the working visit to France, the members of the Delegation, headed by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Deputy Ministers of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Arthur Martirosyan and Ara Khzmalyan presented the priorities of education, sports and protection of cultural heritage of Armenia at the conference on "Ambitions: Armenia-France" dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Armenian-French diplomatic relations.

Together with the French partners the Deputy Ministers considered the issues related to the advancement of cooperation in these fields and the implementation of new initiatives.
The discussants of the plenary session entitled "Culture and Historical-Cultural Heritage", were RA ESCS Deputy Minister Ara Khzmalyan, the Director of the French Institute of Historical and Cultural Heritage Charles Persona, the Deputy Director of the Department of Eastern Antiquities of the Louvre Museum Vincent Blanchard, and actor Serje Avetikian.The speakers discussed programs related to the advancement of Armenian-French cultural cooperation, including the preservation of cultural heritage, training of restorers, film education, cinema heritage and prospects for joint film production.

Within the frame of the plenary session entitled "Education, Youth and Sports", RA Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Arthur Martirosyan, together with CEO of the FIFA Foundation Yuri Djorkaeff, President of the Aznavour Foundation Kristina Aznavour, and Vice-Rector of the University Jean Moulin Lyon 3 Manuel Jobert, presented the education reforms, implemented in Armenia at different levels (general, vocational, and higher education), the existing Armenian-French programs in sports, as well as outlined new programs.
