The school subscription system implementation program is designed for the teachers and 1-st-12-th-grade pupils of public secondary schools. The implementation of the system allows each pupil and teacher to have free access to three cultural institutions once a year. The objective of the program is to promote the connection between the school and the cultural center to foster the artistic upbringing and the aesthetic development of children and juveniles.

The school subscription system implementation program, implemented by the RA Ministries of Culture, and Education and Science (now MoESCS), was launched since November 2018. In the frame of the program, 35201 pupils and teachers visited museums under the Ministry of Culture and 4811 participants visited other museums from November - December 2018.

In the first quarter of 2019, 32831 pupils and teachers visited museums under the RA Ministry of Culture; and 4901 visited other museums. In the second quarter of 2019, 68,675 people visited museums under the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports and 14,255 pupils and teachers became visitors to other museums.

In the frame of the program, 2,619 pupils and teachers visited theaters and 884 participants visited concert organizations. In the third quarter of 2019, 894 pupils and teachers visited the museums under the RA MoESCS, and 114 participants visited other museums. In the same period, 881 pupils and teachers visited theatres. There were no visits to concert organizations.

Summing up the school subscription system implementation program, we inform that museums were visited by 161682, /137601- museums under the Ministry; 24081- other museums/, theatres by 3500, and concert organizations by 884 pupils and teachers. The program greatly contributes to the aesthetic education of children and juveniles and the development of an artistic worldview.
