Based on the suggestion of the Prime Minister of RA, according to article 131 of the Constitution, 1-st part of the 5^th article of the law on “Government Structure and Activity”, by the decree of the RA President Armen Sargsyan: Arayik Harutyunyan was assigned the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the RA. He was released from the post of the Minister of Education and Science of the RA.
