Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received Italian Minister of Culture Gennaro Sangiuliano. ESCS Minister Zhanna Andreasyan also participated in the meeting.

The Prime Minister noted that Armenia and Italy have strong relations in the political and economic spheres, and expressed confidence that they will be further strengthened by the development and expansion of cooperation in the field of culture. According to Nikol Pashinyan, the RA Government is interested in Italy's experience in managing the cultural sphere and training specialists in the restoration and preservation of cultural values aimed at fostering these opportunities in our country.

The Italian Minister of Culture noted that bilateral historical ties are a good basis for giving a new impetus to cooperation in the field of culture. According to Gennaro Sangiuliano, further steps and programs for disseminating Armenian culture in Italy were discussed with Armenian colleagues. At the same time, he added that they are willing to promote the training of specialists in the field of culture and organize educational courses for students.
