Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan attended the reopening ceremony of M. Gorky High School № 5 in Vagharshapat

The event was also attended by the Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan, the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Vahram Dumanyan, the Chairman of the Urban Development Committee Armen Ghularyan, the Governor of Armavir Eduard Hovhannisyan, and other officials also attended the event.

The Prime Minister toured the school, got acquainted with the work done as a result of the renovation.

The renovation of the school was co-funded by the World Bank in the frame of the "Improving Education" loan program of the "Center for Educational Programs" PIU. The school is one of the eight high schools under the renovation process in 2^nd phase of this program.

The three buildings of the educational institution have completely been replenished. The classrooms, laboratories, the assembly hall, and the gym have been replenished with new equipment and technical means.

The adjacent territories of the school have been improved. All the requirements for the organization of inclusive education were preserved during the development of the renovation projects.
