Reception by the Minister – in the last week of each month, on a pre-scheduled timeframe,
By the Deputy Minister coordinating the general education; primary and secondary vocational education sector - every Thursday,
By the Deputy Minister coordinating the higher education sector - every Friday,
By the Deputy Minister coordinating the sector of foreign relations, Diaspora and youth - every Friday,
By the Deputy Ministers coordinating the sector of culture - every Wednesday,
By the Deputy Minister coordinating the sports and youth sectors - every Thursday,
By the Secretary-General of the Ministry - every Thursday, (where required, the receptions are organized within the pre-arranged timeframe),
By the heads of the departments and divisions of the Ministry - every working day, from 9:30 to 17:45
